HQhma Rule34

Welcome to HQhma Rule34 (“App”, “Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the HQhma Rule34 mobile application and related services operated by HQhma (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By downloading, accessing, creating an account, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Adults Only / Age Restriction

HQhma Rule34 contains adult-oriented and NSFW content intended only for users who are 18 years of age or older, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher.

By using the App, you confirm that:

  • You are legally permitted to access adult content in your location.
  • You are at least 18 years old (or legal age where required).
  • Accessing this type of content is lawful in your country or region.

If access to adult content is illegal where you live, you must not use the App.

2. Availability by Region

Some countries or regions may restrict or prohibit adult content, crypto payments, or similar services. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local laws.

We are not responsible if use of the App is restricted, blocked, or unlawful in your jurisdiction.

3. Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

4. Subscription / Prime Features

By purchasing a subscription:

  • You confirm you are authorized to make the payment.
  • You understand crypto transactions may be irreversible.
  • Access begins after successful payment confirmation.

Refunds

All purchases are final. No refunds are provided.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the App for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the Service.
  • Abuse servers, APIs, or systems.
  • Share stolen payment methods.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to accounts.
  • Use bots or automation that harms the Service.
  • Redistribute the App in a modified malicious form.

6. Content Disclaimer

The App may display third-party or externally sourced adult content.

We do not guarantee:

  • accuracy,
  • availability,
  • legality in all countries,
  • uninterrupted access,
  • suitability for any purpose.

You access content at your own discretion and risk.

7. Intellectual Property

The App software, branding, code (except open-source components), logos, design, and original materials belong to HQhma.

You may not copy, sell, or exploit our proprietary materials without permission.

8. Service Changes

We may at any time:

  • update the App,
  • change features,
  • modify subscription benefits,
  • discontinue parts of the Service,
  • suspend accounts violating these Terms.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you:

  • violate these Terms,
  • misuse the Service,
  • create security risks,
  • engage in fraud or abuse.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HQhma shall not be liable for:

  • indirect damages,
  • data loss,
  • lost profits,
  • access interruptions,
  • legal issues caused by your local laws,
  • damages arising from use or inability to use the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
